It is 2020. After FBI Agent Dave Bradley loses his partner James Mitchell in a shootout in a bank, Dave, Tony Selma, Dale Manuchi and Melissa Morgan, also FBI agents, link the crime to arms dealers Luis Calvera and Ramon Batista. They head for Baltimore in Maryland, but find themselves outnumbered and outmatched by Calvera’s mob. The gang pursues them across Maryland and Pennsylvania, before the four agents face a lethal showdown at a lake. And that’s not the end of the danger from this deadly gang…

It is January 2022, just over a year after the events of No Greater Evil. Dave, Nicole and Tony along with Dale and Melissa are up against Luis Calvera's son, Alonso Calvera, and his gang. Dave’s Quaker sister Rachel is shot and ends up in hospital, and the five detectives cooperate with Philadelphia’s police force to clamp down on the mob. Can Dave and his FBI agents get back at the mob before the mob gets back at them?
