Who owns the copyright of any illustrations produced?

As the author, you own the copyright of your book and Rowanvale Books Ltd, as a company, would own the copyright of the illustrations. The copyright of these illustrations can then be transferred to the author at any point, if needs be. One of the major benefits for authors of using one of our in-house Designers, as opposed to a freelancer, is that as the company owns the copyright to the illustrations, a Designer would not be able to withhold them for any reason.
